REASON #98476538002993847WHY I LOVE TREY CLARK!!!

We all know Trey is extremely sentimental and that he enjoys all holidays, especially Christmas. Last year at this time I was 8 months pregnant with Sophia and Trey wouldn't let me fight the Christmas crowds, so he was the one at Wal Mart at 4:30 a.m. buying Barbies. Well, this year, my knight-in-shining armor is at it again. Nobody was surprised that he took me and the girls to the Nutcracker ballet, took Ava to the band's Christmas concert or put up lights in a Santa hat with the girls. But today he set a new record of husband AWESOMENESS! While in Texarkana today he helped me check off my Christmas list. ( by phone, with me here in Nashville) Get this . . . today my deer hunting, cliff jumping, bull riding husband endured the chaos of the stores and traffic to pick out fabric, trim, craft paint, lotions and candles!!! Not one time did he lose his cool in Bath and Body Works or get impatient with me as we discussed on the phone about how the peppermint candle had the prettiest label but would anyone REALLY want their house to smell like peppermint? Or if buy 1 at $10, get 1 free was a better deal than "Buy 3 at $7.50 each, get 3 free?" And he did not have a fit as he was about to check out and I had him put back two of the candles and get 6 more of the bath gels, OR when I had him list all of the scents for me and help me decide which ones were the most "wintery"!! He has got to be the only man in the world who said the words "Sweet Pea, Moonlight Path and Twilight Woods" OUT LOUD today or who carefully selected just the right shade of red and green metallic paints and coordinating trim in Hobby Lobby!!!! Then, as he was almost home, I called and asked him to pick up donuts for Ava's class party. So, even if Trey has Led Zeppelin blaring all the way home and has to stay in the woods all weekend to balance out all the frilly, shimmery, glittery girliness he has endured today, I still think he is the sweetest thing ever!!!! He did request a hot supper when he gets home so I think I'm gonna hop to it!!
